How many times have you heard people say that Internet Marketing creates massive passive income for themselves and their families? Then, ask the next question, "Why are they so successful while others are are not?" What are their success secrets? I am going to share with you their secrets.

The first secret is to ask yourself about your reason for embarking on Internet Marketing. You may say it is to be rich, to get wealth or earn a massive passive income. That is good but what is the real reason? Why is the reason important? This is because that is what motivates you to carry on in the face of any difficulties that come along the way. For example: My reason for doing Internet Marketing is so that I can gain Financial Freedom for my wife and my parents and contribute to society by helping disabled children to realize their dreams. That is the fuel that drives me toward my dream.

The next secret is what your target is for your Internet Business. In other words, what is your monthly income target for the 1st month, 3rd month and 1st year? Only with targets can you measure and evaluate how well you are doing each month. Take the analogy of a ship. You are the captain and if you don't know where your ship is heading, it will drift aimlessly in the sea. Thus, it is important to set a target and it should be the first thing to do for your Internet business.

The third secret is to focus on one business model and one market niche that suits you. I had the experience of focusing on too many things like doing Affiliate Marketing, Information Marketing, eBay and others at once. In the end, my mind was cluttered with so much information that I got confused and they became a hindrance for me. By focusing on 1 business model and 1 market niche, it will be easy to create a business plan that will fulfill your goals. As an example, I will focus on Selling Pet Clothing and my business model is affiliate marketing. I will then create a business plan as follows:
a) First 6 weeks:
Locate the product of Pet Clothing on the Internet and sign up as affiliate. Setup a web page that promotes the pet Clothing.
b) The next 6 weeks:
Begin advertising and driving your traffic to your website using article marketing techniques, Facebook and blogging.
c) Third 6 weeks:
Check your progress against your income target. Also, note the traffic to your website and determine which types of promotion work. Revise plans that are not working but not your target.

The fourth secret is to be committed to your internet business. Do not treat it as a hobby or just to see whether it works. You need to treat it as a real business and clear any doubt about it. Only then, will you feel excited and be willing to commit to make it work for you. Be responsible to your business. Do not blame outside circumstances. There are so many examples of people becoming successful because they are committed to what they are doing and they hold themselves responsible for it.

The last secret is continuous education. There may be areas that you are weak in or areas that you would like to improve in your internet marketing business. By continuous education and implementation, your income will start to skyrocket. Jot down those things that you would like to improve:
- Article Writing
- How to do Blogging and drive Traffic?
- How does Pay-Per-Click works?
- How to drive Traffic to your site?
